The story
Established in 1971 (the same year as Mustafa Centre, coincidentally), Rang Mahal was one of the first restaurants to bring Indian fine dining to Singapore's hotel scene. After decades at Pan Pacific Hotel, it relocated to Naumi Hotel in the 2020s and reinvented itself with a more contemporary, alfresco-friendly identity — though the kitchen still leans on classical North Indian preparations.
