The story
Lagnaa's gimmick is famous: choose your spice level from 1 to 10. Most people max out around 5. Finishers of Level 10 enter a monthly 'Full Moon Party' challenge; one who completes a full portion can win SGD 10,000. The upstairs dining room requires diners to remove shoes and sit cross-legged on the floor — a deliberate echo of Indian household dining. Restaurateur Kaesavan opened it in 2007 in a converted shophouse.
