The story
GupShup means 'conversation' in Hindi. Opened in 2023 at the revamped Serangoon House (a Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel), it's led by Chef Surjan Singh — known to Indian audiences as 'Chef Jolly' and a former MasterChef India judge. The format is a deliberate twist on Indian dining: small plates, chaats, regional street foods, cocktails, glamorous colonial-style interiors. The Great Indian Feast — a 13-dish unlimited tasting — runs through 2025.
